Compete Ready ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Resolute Holdings LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Compete Ready mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

• Role (athlete, coach, or parent)

Health & Fitness Data

• Height and weight
• Nutrition and meal logs (calories, macronutrients, fiber)
• Hydration logs
• Activity and exercise logs (duration, type, calories burned)
• Recovery and wellness check-ins (sleep quality, soreness, mood, energy)
• Supplement intake
• Readiness scores calculated from the above data

User Content

• Meal photos (used for AI-powered food recognition)
• Profile information (sport, performance category)

Automatically Collected

• Device type and operating system
• Usage patterns within the app
• Push notification tokens (if notifications are enabled)

3. How We Use Your Information

• Calculate and display your personalized Readiness Score
• Generate sport-specific nutrition and hydration targets
• Provide AI-powered meal recognition from photos
• Enable coach-athlete and parent-athlete connections
• Send competition reminders and readiness alerts
• Process subscription payments (via Stripe)
• Improve and maintain the Service

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these cases:

• Coach access: If you join a team, your coach can view your readiness score, nutrition logs, activity logs, and recovery data.
• Parent access: If a parent links to your account, they can view your readiness score and approve supplements (for athletes aged 16-17).
• Service providers: We use Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (app hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), and FatSecret (food database). These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.
• AI meal photo analysis: When you photograph a meal, the image is sent to a third-party AI provider to identify foods and estimate nutrition. The photo is used only for that analysis and is not stored by us or, to our knowledge, retained by the AI provider beyond processing the request.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security policies on our database, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at info@resoluteholdingsgroup.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.

7. Children's Privacy

Compete Ready is designed for athletes aged 13 and older. Athletes under 16 cannot access supplement features. Athletes aged 16-17 require parental approval for supplement tracking. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of push notifications at any time via device settings
